The position:
The Program Development & Procurement Manager role supports Floral Express’ vision of being the leading floral wholesaler, driving innovation, delivering exceptional customer experience, fostering growth, and creating a vibrant, supportive workplace where every team member thrives by ensuring client satisfaction while growing sales.
This role is central to the execution of Floral Express’s bouquet strategy, with responsibility for developing and maintaining bouquet programs, managing pricing and inventory, and supporting both purchasing and business development. Acting as a bridge between the internal sales team, growers, and retail partners, the Program Development & Procurement candidate ensures streamlined operations, accurate planning for everyday and holiday programs, and ongoing program success. As a Sales Coordinator with Floral Express, the incumbent will directly support the sales team in driving growth while also managing and assisting existing customers to ensure a high level of service and satisfaction. This role will require the incumbent to identify and support growth opportunities, assist in execution of sales initiatives, and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers to achieve company goals and objectives.
