How to Order

There are 3 methods to order with Floral Express:

Online, Phone Order or Email

    1. Make sure you're logged into your Floral Express account. You can log in at the top-right corner of our site. If you don't know your log in info, contact us and we will send it to you. 


    2. Head to the "In the Cooler" section of our website or app. There you can see all products available in real time. 


    3. Select your product and the departure date. Make sure you are meeting your minimum order requirement for your delivery route. 


    4. Head to your shopping cart in the top-right corner of your screen. Add any necessary order notes and check out!


    5. Go to "Your Account" to view your invoices and order summary.


    For support, you can utilize the live chat option at the bottom right hand corner of your screen or drop us a message in our general mailbox after hours.

  • If you are a current customer, simply call us at 1-866-424-9689 from 8am to 5pm (EST)! If you know your account manager's extension, please dial accordingly. We'd be happy to place an order for you. If we are nearing a floral holiday, please call only if necessary. 

  • When a sales rep is not able to pick up their phone, this usually means they are servicing another customer or entering orders. To get your order to them as fast as possible, please send them your order via email. This should specifically describe colour, type, size and quantity of the product you'd like! 

Become a Customer

Interested in becoming a customer of Floral Express?

We'd be happy to have you, as long as we can service your area. We currently service Ontario, Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, PEI, Newfoundland, and some areas in Michigan and Ohio.

If you are in a remote or rural area and would like to know if we can service your area, please reach out to and we will look into this for you.

How do I become a customer?

Please reach out to sales@floralexpress to inquire about becoming a customer. If possible, include the following information:

Your Business Name & Address, link to your website/social media channels and type of florist (Retail, Wedding/Events, Home-based, Wholesale).

Once this information is provided, we will reply to you as soon as we can with a customer application!

One-time Order?

We understand that some customers do not want to become regular customers, and just need a large amount of product for a special occasion such as a wedding or event. Please contact Marche Fresh for these types of inquiries. They are happy to help!
